This is the single version that evolved out of the original extended version. It kicks straight in with the housey keys which was the original inspiration for the tune. I added the horn stack for more punch.

This is my first single release.
Its a funky, lo-fi house-influenced dancepop track with a cheeky twist. Think Ian Dury meets The Streets at a festival, with some Talking Heads oddball energy thrown in.
It opens with a short spoken interlude—a bit of a flirtatious back-and-forth that sets the scene—then kicks into 125 BPM of lofi house-inspired groove, with tight drums, bold bass, and outrageous circus horns that make it all feel just a bit unhinged (in a good way).
The vocals play between close-mic, almost whispered verses and fully sung choruses to keep things dynamic and a little unpredictable. All recorded in my DIY studio but made to move dancefloors.
